Why is the Full Ownership option so much more ($15K)?
The $15K includes full ownership from day one: source code, database credentials, admin access to every developer tool, and complete documentation. The $2,500 build is discounted because we're building a long-term hosted relationship where we maintain the system for you.
What's the $5K migration fee for?
Real developer hours to transfer repos, credentials, database, and deployment setup to your infrastructure. It also helps recoup the cost of the discounted build. The fee decreases the longer you stay with us. Data export is always free.
The $300/month continuous improvement feels expensive.
It's month-to-month with no contract. Pause or cancel anytime. Without it, every change needs to be scoped and quoted individually, which is slower and often more expensive. Most clients find it pays for itself within the first month.
What happens after the 12 months?
The build cost is paid off, so your rate drops to just hosting and any add-ons — month-to-month, no commitment. Continuous improvement (unlimited updates) becomes optional. Turn it on whenever you need new features or enhancements, pause it when you don't.
Can I turn my system into a SaaS product?
Yes. We offer a separate SaaS development path at $15,000 total, financed in two phases. Phase 1 validates your app, Phase 2 converts to multi-tenant SaaS. It's a different engagement — you own everything from day one.
